- This Master of Science in Integrated Circuit Design program is jointly awarded by Technical University of Munich (TUM) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU). The program is conducted in Singapore at TUM Asia.
- The international Master of Science in Integrated Circuit Design aims to educate the next generation of engineers and entrepreneurial leaders for the fast moving semiconductor industry.
- The program contents ranges from analog, digital and mixed-circuit design over architectural concepts for integrated circuits to design methodology and automation.
- Students will also be taught essential non-technical topics such as product marketing, international management, patent law and aspects of culture and globalization. This will be mainly done by highly qualified freelancers from our industry partners. Upon successful completion of the program, students will be awarded a joint Masters degree from NTU and TUM.

There are no tuition fees per law in Germany.In order to study at TUM you do, however, have to pay the student union fee and a solidarity contribution for the Semester Ticket.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- Applicant must hold a minimum 3-year Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent degree in other relevant disciplines with at least a 2nd Upper Honors or equivalent
- proof of english proficiency by scoring in TOFEL or IELTS
- Applicants with a Degree from Bangladesh, China, India, Iran, or Pakistan will have to submit a GRE (General) Test.
- The required scores are:
- Quantitative reasoning: 157
- Analytical writing: 3.5

To apply for the MS Automotive Engineering program of TUM, you must have completed a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university. You must demonstrate proficiency in English through a recognized language test such as TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent. Submission of GRE score is necessary for admission in this program.
To apply for the Master in Renewable Energy program of TUM you must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, natural sciences, or mathematics, with a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Along with this you must also have a valid ELP test score. GRE score is not optional but preferred.
