Alagappa University PhD Admission 2022; Last Date to Apply is August 12

New Delhi: Alagappa University is inviting applications for admission to its PhD programme for the academic Session 2022-2023. Candidates can apply online through the official website @alagappauniversity.ac.in 

Interested candidates who wish to apply for Pre-Registration Qualifying Entrance Examination for PhD Program offered by Alagappa University are required to submit their application form through online mode on the university's official website on or before August 12, 2022. 

Candidates who have not received their final mark sheet or certificate of the Master’s or MPhil degree program can also apply for the course at Alagappa University. However, they need to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria and produce the same at the time of admission. 

Admission to Alagappa University for the PhD programme began on July 19, 2022. Candidates can apply online till August 12, 2022.

Candidates who have qualified NET/SET/GATE do not need to sit for the entrance examination. The examination will have MCQs of 150 marks. The duration of the examination is 90 minutes. The exam will be held at University Campus, Karaikudi.

• Candidates who have passed through the 10+2+3+2/11+1+3+2/10+3+3+2 pattern alone can apply. 
• 50 % of aggregate marks should be secured for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) / Person with Disability 
• 55 % of aggregate marks should be secured for all Other Candidates 
• M.Ed. (Education / Special Education) / M.A. Education is essential for PhD in Education 

Alagappa University PhD Admission 2022: Selection Process 

Candidates must hold a valid score in the NET/SET/GATE/ Entrance Exam conducted by the university. The selection will be based on the entrance examination score and academic qualifications. Candidates selected will be called for admission to the university.

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of Alagappa University at alagappauniversity.ac.in

Step 2: Register yourself after filling in the required details, such as Mobile Number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, log in with your registration credentials and fill in all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee of 500 INR and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a printout of the form for all future needs.
