RR Institute of Modern Technology

Mr. Anil Kumar Agarwal is designated as the Chairman of RR Institute of Modern Technology. He is an active social activist and has done a lot of community service. As an active of kindness and his willingness to serve the society, he serves 5 villages in Uttar Pradesh and provides free education to economically weaker class children. He also promotes blood donation campaigns and arranges funds for cataract operations for the poor.

In an exclusive interview with Collegedunia.com, Mr. Aggarwal has shared his views on education industry.

Mr. Aggarwal’s outlook on education industry

Education acts as a groundwork in developing one’s personality and mind. It helps an individual to understand their responsibilities towards society. With education, one can transform conventional ideas into more rationalized and experiential learning.

Additionally, with the advent of technological advancements, quality education has become the need of the hour. It aims to provide equitable learning tools to all children without any discrimination. There is no doubt in saying that imparting quality training to the students, adds up to the general/comprehensive advancement of the nation. 

Leadership Style and philosophy

As per my understanding, the philosophy of leadership is a set of beliefs and principles where one can evaluate information and respond to people and situations in a proper way. Before making any decision or taking any action, I always consult with my team, and by doing so, it makes them feel special and consider themselves as a part of this entire process. This also motivates them to work even more harder and devoted towards the institution and the students.

Enabling world-class education at RRIMT

My experience till date makes me feel that the first element that a student lacks is communication skills. While we are imparting the curriculum exclusively designed by the industry experts, we simultaneously work on their skills like, communication skills via our personality development program as well.

In the present-day scenario, the market is full of competition, recruiters look for a full package in a student. They want them to be street smart, confident, smooth communicator and many more skills. At RRIMT, we make sure inhabit these qualities in the students by organizing separate sessions. With this, we also provide them with hands-on experience with latest technologies. All of this, makes them a well aware and prepared for the global market.

A plethora of opportunities at RRIMT

Every year, RR Group of Institution organizes 3 ‘Mega Job Fairs’ with around 150 National and International companies arriving to recruit students from B.Tech, MBA, and Polytechnic. The Placement Cell enacts as a key entity to avail the best jobs and career opportunities for the students. Our academics and administration are highly dynamic who cater to the needs of every student.

Hurdles faced as Chairman

Being the Chairman of this college, I have many ups and downs, but what bothers me the most is the casual attitude of the students. My generation was disciplined and was taught to spread knowledge. But, now discipline among students is rarely found which hampers their growth and limits their capabilities.

A note on building relationship with students

A student and teacher share a consecrated relationship which cannot be broken. One needs to maintain the same while dealing with their problems. Positive teacher-student relationships draw students into the process of learning and uphold their desire to learn. 

Being an administrator, it is my duty to render a positive environment among the students. For this, I am always available in my office to guide the them. Apart from this, the institute organizes various activities to boost the morale of the students to participate in start-up initiatives. 

Transform Dreams into Reality- Goal for the Institute

The institute aspires to impart quality education, which will help in producing competent professionals. The future of the institute is in the hands of the students who will transform the institute into a stronger and developed stature. 

Suggestions to the young generation

Discipline is the key determinant in a student’s life, and there’s no stability without it. A person with proper goals is more focused and keeps up to work on time in everyday life. My advice to the younger generation is to maintain a systematic lifestyle which will help them to achieve their dreams quickly. They must follow their passion while choosing a career. Also, it is necessary to realize the importance of time to be more productive and organized.
