We organize training programs in association with our partnered organizations for our students based on their requirements and industry expectations. For example, we have collaborated with CII which is a 125 years old industry academia driven organisation which helps us to develop best practices in our education policy and implement result oriented programs. 

How did you train your faculty to deliver this program to the students?

"We offer them training programs using online platforms and academies"

We are collaborating with multiple edu platforms where content is designed by MNC's for better transition from academia to IT profession, Engineering staff college, confederation of Indian industries, Telangana academy for skill and knowledge are some more we work closely with for students and faculty holistic development. We train our faculty on trending technologies using above mentioned platforms to create interest in students for their studies.

How do you build an industry connectedness with this program? 

"Professional visits and apprenticeship acts as a bridge between us and industry"

We have inculcated different kinds of approaches in this respect. And our first approach is that we organize Internships for students for subjects which they want to explore more. Industrial visits, frequent HR sessions and our good relationship with our industry partners helps us to build a connection between this program and industry expectations. 

Any specific challenge which you faced while inculcating this program in your curriculum?

"Reducing training programs due to time constraints was definitely a challenge for us"

We had to narrow down to a certain set of technical training in engineering in the stipulated semester's time. 

What are the types of projects that the students are working on through this program?

"They are working on projects of latest technologies"

Through this program our students are working on projects of different domains such as AI/ ML using Python, Robotics, IOT based projects, RPA and cloud technologies.
