“Leaders must be punctual, regular and guide their team members accurately"
I stress upon following aspects for the smooth running of the institutional work:
- The teaching plan of every teacher has to be approved by all the respective departmental heads.
- Pre declared task-oriented working, followed by self-assessment is one of the major philosophies of my way of working.
- Online monitoring of classes for time and quality by internal quality acquisition cell( IQAC ).
- Further addition of new experiments based on the theoretical knowledge gained in the classes generates discipline with creative ideas.
- Organization of regular value addition FDPs for faculties through industrial visits, workshops, and research projects.
