Throughout your professional career, you've held crucial positions at educational institutions. What are the primary ties that bind you to the education sector?

"We are all instructors and pupils. Ask yourself, "What did I come to learn vs what did I come to teach?" I never chose to enter this profession"

Previously, I was a business professional, but it was probably inevitable that I would become a teacher. When I entered this career. Within a few years, I came to the idea that if there was any location where I could make a difference, it was here! Since then, there has been no turning back. I consider myself extraordinarily privileged to be affiliated with this profession, with which I identify from the depths of my heart. The only vocation designed by God himself is teaching. It is a 'giving' career, and giving is always more rewarding than receiving. Seeing a child's eyes light up with knowledge and comprehension is a joy. My students are my main source of inspiration. When I observe a vivacious group of kids, I am reminded of Wordsworth's description of daffodils: "They flash upon an internal eye, which is the delight of solitude, and then my heart fills with joy and dances with the daffodils."

As the Principal, what is your leadership philosophy? How would you describe your style of leadership?

"For the success of any sector, individual excellence must be substituted by teamwork, and a good leader has at some point been a successful team member. I am a natural-born leader and have been a member of this team for about a decade"

I would describe myself as a genuine leader who enjoys leading from the front. I believe in doing the right things rather than doing things well. As a teacher, I had enthusiasm, but as a principal, I understood that compassion is also necessary. I discovered that each brick serves a purpose.

I believe that excellent leadership is based on emotions and that a leader should be able to inspire enthusiasm and bring out the best in others. A leader needs intelligence to handle responsibilities and obstacles, but must also execute vision through inspiring and motivating others to generate resonance throughout an institution. Everyone's disposition and actions are determined by a leader's motivational style; therefore, an upbeat and inspiring leader can foster a culture of positivity in which staff embrace the most difficult problems.

How can you develop healthy relationships and an atmosphere in your institution?

"Every student is unique and essential to us. In my opening remarks, I constantly emphasise that regardless of caste, race, or religion, we are all equal"

The majority of our pupils come from disenfranchised segments of society.

I am proud to say that many of our batches have included military personnel, such as army colonels.

The institute provides an exceptional professional environment for all student demographics. Efforts are made continuously to improve the curriculum's professional acumen and personality development components. We provide outstanding placement assistance entrepreneurial guidance & solid infrastructure

GNIMT is a college associated with IKGPTU, and we adhere to the university's curriculum. What we teach is determined by the institution, but our competence lies in how we teach, how we add value, and what else we convey. In addition to academics, every Wednesday is reserved for industry contact, and every other Saturday is reserved for a visit to the industry. Students complete industry-based projects. Mentoring relationships with alumni are arranged. Regular characteristics include innovative teaching techniques that include case studies, role plays, mock interviews, G.Ds, professional activities, business plan competitions, and sequential hurdle races.

Our students are our best brand advocates, and we strive to foster a culture in which every individual has the opportunity to reach his learning, growth, and contribution potential. We work on the 'happy quotient,' and my office is available to all students 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

I do not adhere to the usual method to discipline. Students may walk in without an appointment at any time. On campus, you will typically encounter "happy faces," therefore this phrase serves as a mantra. In addition to adapting to the changing circumstances, social media marketing is our primary focus.

When you first arrived at this university, what was your goal for it? Has it changed over time, and how far along are you in executing it?

"The institute's mission is to foster a synergistic environment for holistic development in the fields of Management and Information Technology"

We want our kids to develop into socially responsible members of the community. At times, I feel as though this is a gaping hole in our educational system. It is where self-management skills and abilities should be. No one instructs us on how to manage our thoughts, emotions, attitudes, and actions. We want to be known for fostering and cultivating good people. GNIMT's motto is "aspire, persevere, achieve, and excel." It is the only institution where seventy-five percent of the faculty has doctorates and many have industry experience. You will be surprised to learn that sixty percent of our teachers has more than twenty years of experience with our institute. We reiterate Dr. Kalam's view that the enlightened brains of the youth are the most potent resources on earth, above earth, and below earth. Youth should cultivate self-assurance. " I can do it," " we can do it," and " the country will do it.

The National Education Policy will involve 21st-century abilities of critical thinking, application-based experiential learning with a focus on life skills, a multidisciplinary approach, and a dedication to the notion that no student will be left behind. It shall aim at skilling, upskilling & reskilling & aims at reforming, performing & transforming. As an academician, I am filled with optimism.

It strives to propel academia to new heights with an emphasis on independence.

It seeks to transform India into a "knowledge guru" with an emphasis on employment generation rather than job hunting. We cannot change the beginning, but we can start from where we are and alter the conclusion.
