Dr. Yogita Sharma is a HOD of the Drawing and Painting Department in the Alankar PG Girls College, Jaipur. She did BA and MA from University of Rajasthan. Her interested area includes Computer designing work, Illustrator, photoshop, corel draw, flash, Dreamweaver, HTML, etc. She organized drawing exhibitions at Jawahar Kala Kendra and Alankar College for consecutively 4 years. “To make the department organized and disciplined are my essential roles”

My responsibility is to keep the department organized and disciplined. We give various activities related to education. Another role is to provide complete information about the subject to the students. It is necessary to behave friendly with the students. This leads to presenting their point of view easily.

How do you tend to establish health relations with students and faculty?

“Listen to the issues of other people and try to solve them effectively on campus”

We assist everyone to keep their behavior nice, polite and simple to establish healthy relationships. I listen to the issues of other people. My duty is to solve the problems quickly.
