What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?
“The main reason is my passion for continuous learning”
Before starting my career in CIMP, I worked with two startups. The first startup was related to finance, and the second was related to education. My experience of working in startups help me to describe real-world business scenarios to students. My passion for learning new things has motivated me to become a Professor. Education is a two-way learning process. I learned a lot while answering the questions and discussing new ideas with future managers.
How would you describe your leadership style?
“A leader leads the way whereas a follower follows them”
Teacher plays a very significant role in building a better society. I wish my students take the leading role in the overall development of society. I share a part of this responsibility by ensuring that my students take a leadership role in the organization. The teaching curriculum in CIMP helps in the overall development of the students as future leaders. I act as a leader by giving challenging tasks to students and sharing experiences. I believe that my students can be good leaders only when we train them to face real-world challenges.
