IMS Ghaziabad Announces Management Development Program on “HR Analytics for Working Professionals"

On February 4, 2023, Mr. Viplav Kumar Singh, AGM-HR, HCL Technologies Ltd, will speak at IMS Ghaziabad as part of the institute's Management Development Program on "HR Analytics for Working Professionals," which the institute is pleased to announce as part of its 33-year legacy in management education.

The MDP, conceived by Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director of IMS Ghaziabad, and organised by the Institute's Human Resource Area, would give participants practical experience with analytical tools while also teaching them how to better manage and lead people.

Experts in HR analytics collaborate with HR managers to get actionable insights from data in order to improve workforce operations, hire and retain top talent, and provide a positive work environment for all employees.

The Institute's Library staff conceived of the event, which will last for an entire day and feature an exhibition of books from prestigious publishing houses covering a wide range of topics in an effort to encourage future leaders to develop lifelong reading habits.

With boundless energy and inspiration from Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director of IMS Ghaziabad, the Institute will host "Khelo IMS"- Mega Annual Sports Meet 2023 on January 18-19, 2023.

The idea for this action-packed event came from a desire to instil in students a sense of community while also teaching them valuable lessons about teamwork, trust, sportsmanship, self-discipline, holistic health, safety, and physical fitness, all in line with the goals of the national campaign "Fit Indian Movement."

IMS Held Events to Celebrate and Share the Success of Placements. IMS Ghaziabad, led by the visionary Dr. Urvashi Makkar, has reached a remarkable milestone in its placement of its PGDM Class of 2021–2023. These students have all been hired by prestigious A-Listed companies.

Before the end of December 2022, for the first time ever, all students will have found placements. On January 10, 2023, IMS held jubilant "Grand Victory Celebrations for Successful Placements" to honour the graduating class.

The discussion was participatory, with students who had just landed internships or jobs giving their insights and advice on how they got there.
