“Every student needs to succeed in their professional and personal life”
As an Assistant Professor I always attempt to imbibe ethics and moral values among students and suggest them to carry throughout their life. A student with moral and ethical values not only becomes a successful human being, but also becomes a role model to many such people who want to succeed in their work life and family life as well.
What are the interventions and approaches you bring in apart from curriculum to train/ teach the students?
“Apart from the regular curriculum, many co-curricular activities also take place”
It is my responsibility to enable the students to learn concepts in an applicatory way. Activity based learning enables the students to apply the conceptual knowledge gained through lectures in an applicatory mode. To do so, I always design certain interactive activities where students can participate as a team and also as an individual. With these activities students learn along with entertainment.
