“Showing better management and disciplined attributes”

To have cordial relations with both students and other faculty members, it is important to have strong interpersonal, communication and behavioural skills. As a program coordinator for BBA senior students and Associate Professor, I have to be an empathetic listener and at the same time be a strict disciplinarian for the students to ensure appropriate behaviour in classrooms. As well, I am keen to make students learn these values for their future perspectives also.
