IGNOU Result 2023: Check TEE Result, Revaluation, Grade Card

IGNOU Result for June 2022 Term End Examination (Online) is out now. Students who have appeared for the examinations can check and download their results through the official website – ignou.ac.in. IGNOU result 2023 for June 2023 is expected to be announced in the month of August. To access the results, students need to enter their IGNOU enrollment number. How To Check IGNOU Result?

Step 1. Go to the official website - www.ignou.ac.in.

Step 2. Click on the “Student Support” section given on the top right of the home page.

Step 3. A dropdown list will be displayed and then candidates have to click on the ‘Result’ link.

Step 4. A new window will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5. Click on the ‘Term-End’ section given on the left side of the page.

Step 6. Now, you will be redirected to the next step and then press the ‘ Exam Result’ tab.

Step 7. A new login portal will open.

Step 8. Type in the 9 digit enrolment number.

Step 9. Press the ‘Submit’ tab.

Step 10. Check the IGNOU Result.

List of IGNOU Entrance Exam Result 

IGNOU Entrance exams are only applicable for a few courses such as MBA, B.Ed, BBA (SM), B.Sc Nursing (PB), etc. For IGNOU MBA admission, students need to appear in the OPENMAT Exam conducted by NTA and conducted twice a year, i.e. in July and January. IGNOU Result 2023: What is Early Result Declaration? 

IGNOU has the option of early result declaration for students under certain conditions. if a student will be selected for posting or applying for further studies, then he/she can use the privilege of getting early results of IGNOU TEE. All what 

students are required to do is fill out an application form for the IGNOU early result declaration and send it to the evaluation center in question before the date of the examination. Such students also need to pay INR 1000/- per course if they want their IGNOU results to be declared early.

What if IGNOU Result is Incomplete?

The incomplete IGNOU TEE result implies that the university will upload the results as soon as possible since many courses and subjects are offered by the university. After the university checks the copy of the term end subject, the IGNOU exam results are uploaded. Non-submission of assignments could also lead to incomplete IGNOU results.

How to Download IGNOU Grade Card?

What to do if not satisfied with IGNOU Results?

Students can sometimes request revaluation if they are unhappy with their marks. There is an option for IGNOU revaluation for candidates. In order to reevaluate, students need to fill out the IGNOU revaluation form and submit it to the university evaluation centre along with a copy of their answer scripts. • The university provides photocopies of the answer scripts to candidates who request them and pay a fee of Rs. 100 per course if they are not satisfied with their IGNOU TEE results.

It is necessary for students to submit the filled-out revaluation application form, answer script photocopy, and demand draft for the revaluation fee drawn in the favour of IGNOU payable in the city to the concerned evaluation centre in the specified format.

IGNOU Result 2023: How to Apply for Revaluation?

Students can apply for The IGNOU revaluation if they are not satisfied with their TEE marks. For this, they are required to fill out the application form for revaluation with a fee of INR 750/- payable for each course. Students should keep in mind that the revaluation form should be filled out within one month of declaring the results. 

IGNOU will make the prescribed revaluation application form available on its official website. Candidates must submit the revaluation request along with a demand draft drawn in the name of IGNOU, payable at the city of the Evaluation Centre. After revaluation, IGNOU will consider the better of the two grades and the revised grade values will be posted on the website as well as in the registered email id of the students.

How to Appear in IGNOU Improvement Exam?

If a student is not satisfied with his performance in the exam, in such case he/ she needs to appear in the IGNOU improvement exam. Students can only take the improvement exam for the theory paper. Those who have secured 2% fewer marks than the first or second division can apply for improvement. Similarly, a Master’s degree candidate securing 2% less than 55% can apply for an improvement exam.

How to Appear in IGNOU Back papers?

If a student has failed in a paper in the first year then he/ she can appear in the back paper within 2 years. To file the application for back papers, students need to fill out an application form available on the official website. IGNOU provides a period of 8 years to complete all the backlog under graduation and five years to complete the post-graduation to its students. Students need not resubmit the assignment if they have already submitted them in previous years.
