What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“It’s all about passion”
For me, education is passion, and it brings a sense of satisfaction working with young minds, nurturing them, learning from them, and transforming their lives. It gives immense energy to participate in class, mentor projects actively, and actively participate in research activities. It keeps me connected and energized day in day out.

What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“An experienced leader shows guidance where it matters the most”
When most intellectual people, most importantly, surround us in a higher education domain, empower people around you, listen to them, respect their view, and actively dialog. Faith is essential and nullifies the hierarchical structure, taking responsibilities for all failures, and passing on the team's credits that's what leadership means to me. A leader should create more leaders, not followers.
