LPU has organized various workshops in this year. Some of the latest workshops are listed below:

  • Workshop on Mental Health: The workshop was conducted to know the status of mental health of a particular school. It was also helpful in counselling people to live happy and satisfying life.
  • Workshop on Digital Marketing: LPU has experienced faculty in the field of digital marketing. A large number of students from different institutions attended the workshop. The workshop was mainly about the evergrowing business in digital marketing. The workshop helped many to start their own ventures like self-owned businesses, youtube channels and other projects.
  • Workshop on Yoga: The university organizes a workshop on “Yoga for You” to make students and faculty familiar with its advantages. It aims to introduce to students the shining pathway of Yoga and mental upliftment. Along with physical activity, it targets balance and coordination between mind, body, and environment. The workshop was designed a schedule keeping in mind all the significant aspects.
  • Discussion on Public Policy and Health: AIESEC in Jalandhar under the aegis of DSW, Lovely Professional University organized an event called “Discussion on Public Policy and Health”. This event featured three social activists giving their best for society and their noble cause. The event started with a warm welcome from the hosts, and a brief introduction about AIESEC’s goals and the upcoming events. The session ended with motivated participants having the inspiration to change the world for the better. LPU Workshops are not only restricted to students and teachers. The university maintains a Corporate Pathshala to ensure the effective growth and development of businesses and professionals. LPU Faculty Development Programs

The university organizes various development programs for its teachers and other non-teaching staff. These programs help in the development of faculty and give them time to upskill just like students. The following are the Faculty Development Programs conducted by LPU:

  • Guru-Dakshta - Faculty Induction Program: The focus of this program was to provide practice on e-learning platforms, the criticality of developing e-content for e-learning, and to draw their attention towards qualitative research, statistical analysis and life skills.
  • Human Resource Development Programs Inaugurated By Chairman - AICTE: Prof. Anil Dattatraya Sahasrabudhe, Chairman of AICTE, inaugurated Human Resource Development Programs at LPU. He anticipated LPU and 19 more Govt. and Private Universities in India to be among the top 100 Universities of the world.
  • National Workshop On Research Methodology And Data Analysis Using 'SPSS': The workshop on Research Methodology and Data Analysis using 'SPSS' was organized in online mode. Around 160 faculty members and research scholars from 57 Universities and Colleges participated across the country. The workshop resulted in capacity building on data analysis using SPSS, hypothesis testing, correlation and regression analysis and ethics in research culminating with high-impact publication.
  • Refresher Course On Research Methodology And Data Analysis: LPU-HRDC organized Refresher Course on Research Methodology and Data Analysis with 82 participants from 33 institutions across India. The course resulted in capacity building on Scale Development and Standardization, Statistical Analysis Techniques, Data Visualization with Tableau and Publication Ethics.
  • MISO-A Japanese Vegetarian Cooking Workshop: Executive Sous Chef Sumit Chowdhury of The Fatty Bao Delhi shared his precious talent of Japanese Cooking with the faculty of LPU. The workshop proved to be both mind and stomach-fulfilling.
  • National Case Writing Workshop: Under this, faculty members were trained on case writing and case-based teaching methodologies for industry-oriented teaching.
