Describe the general setting of WAT / GD (if any)?

Shivam Kansal: “I had my process offline as that time COVID was not that much prevalent. For CAP only WAT takes place and 20 minutes were given to write the answers and 1 minute to think for the answer, 1 blank sheet was provided for writing the answers.”

What was the WAT / GD Topic?

Shivam Kansal: "The topic for WAT given to me Demonetization happened was good or bad?”

What were your answer/points put forward for the WAT or GD respectively?

Shivam Kansal: “1. It was an important and necessary step.

2. There were many fake currency notes and the quality of notes was not good.

3. Stable and equal currency was required.”

Describe the general setting of your personal Interview.

Shivam Kansal: “The interview that happened for me was offline. There were 9 panels and each panel had 3 members who were taking the interviews. Mine interview went for 30 minutes and all members were faculty members from different IIMs. The interview was mixed, stressed as well as chill.”
