What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Education forms the backbone of the country”

My Passion for teaching kept me connected in this education field. It is a novel way of serving society; It is a channel to contribute to our nation. Dynamic and innovative persons shall be involved in the education field as it is a significant backbone of our country. 

What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“Delegation of power with responsibility is my philosophy of leadership”

Unless we empower our system, the second line of leadership will never develop. Proper decentralization with transparency in working is my style of administration. 

As the institute's head, I assure Good and effective coordination in the team by providing freedom of working to colleagues with remote supervision. Decentralisations of power, Hierarchical organizational structure are a very successful mantra for better administration. Any leader should inspire others i.e., we should become role models for others.

How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your Institute?

“There are multiple factors that we keep under consideration for our marketing purposes”

The way of Marketing for the education field differs from the corporate world. Word of mouth of our students, Industry, and society connects and collaborates with other reputed organizations to become vital factors for any institute's social accreditation. Teamwork, well-planned organization structure, coordination, and synergy are crucial factors for effective administration. Well defied vision along with proper short and long term goals and phase-wise planning with the periodic review is essential for successful administration. 

In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here in your institute?

“JIT ensures 360 degree development of students”

JIT ensures Value addition, special care for needy students, good placement opportunities, and Skill development as per industry feedback. JIT works for the professional development of students preserving life skills. JIT being an accredited institute, maintains all global standards. I feel there is no need for students to study abroad, at least at the UG level.

How are you ensuring a more welcoming environment for students from different states, races, religions and economic backgrounds?

“We believe in diversifying our learning experiences to help students broaden their horizons”

JIT works on the philosophy of वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम्, which teaches an understanding that the whole world is one family. Our system does not discriminate students or staff regarding location, races, religions, and economic backgrounds.
