What are your roles and responsibilities towards the students?
“We ensure a continuous learning environment for students to grow in all dimensions”
We provide guidance and supervision to students' project work and develop an adequate rapport with the industry/organization if the project is industry-related.We support an environment of teaching more effectively and make it enjoyable among the students through multimedia teaching aids.A continuous effort goes to promote peer-assisted learning. We set standard question papers to test students' knowledge / analytical capabilities and evaluate the answer scripts.
What valuable advice would you like to give the students to have a prosperous career ahead?
“A sheer focus of students should be on development and growth in all dimensions”
Students should focus on growing and developing their knowledge by honing their skills. They should focus on what is the current industry trend and make up their minds accordingly. It will help them remain focused on their personal and professional goals. Additionally, they should focus on their mental and physical health.

How do you try to bring in a practical approach towards subjects and make it industry-oriented?

What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
“A leader should inspire the people to bring in positive transformations”
I believe in transformational leadership, where I try inspiring and encouraging staff and students to achieve beyond their comfort zone. Leading in this style means motivating people around me to embrace change that will help shape the organization's future success. To stay effective, I try to foster an ethical work environment with a clear set of values, priorities, and standards.
What are the challenges you faced/ are facing to uplift the quality of education of your department?
“Challenges bring in new opportunities”
Challenges are everywhere and it’s good because it brings about transformation and advancements. Here are a few challenges that we are working towards:

How do you tend to establish a healthy relation environment at your university?
“Having a clear understanding of goals and how to process them helps in future run”
Have a clear and defined set of conduct codes so that everyone around is aware of the expectations. It is crucial to have two-way communication to ensure that students/staff/faculty can reach out to the concerned authorities. Anti-ragging and grievance cell is also there to look into the respective concerns in which Students help the section provide them a channeled voice.
