What is your philosophy of leadership?
“Teams, not individuals, are the key to success"
A leader's role is to lead an organization through the process of coordination with all entities. With the goal of achieving the institution's mission. In terms of my style of leadership, I believe in the team - not the individual. Leaders cannot assess success, because it's an integral effort made by each individual.
How do you plan the marketing and administration of your school?
“A sole aim of enhancing job opportunities and scaling up academically”
Since the establishment of the institute, we have been working in pursuit of academic excellence through the quality policies of the institute. Various key resources of Ratlam city were examined, and it was decided to combine technical education with academic nourishment. All the existing programs are structured as per the corporate scaling and job prospectus. Marketing plays a crucial role in meeting business demands, and the education industry is no exception. We are unique in terms of quality education and excellence in placements, a factor that is causing our competitors to remain away from us.
What can an inbound student gain from studying here in your institute?
“Quality technical education with a focus on modern subjects”
We have been striving hard since the last decade and do not spare any effort to make our students a quality product. Yes, our education system differs greatly from foreign countries, but frankly speaking, we have not relinquished our efforts. There are many educational institutes with quality tutors and alumni who have worked in corporations. From inbound students, we can proudly say that the institute has a long list of quality grads. We have scaled out the various programs that can be best suited for our students to meet current industrial demand.

How can your institute accommodate students of different racial or economic backgrounds?
“Academic scholarships and financial aid for worthy students”
Our government is to be commended for its scholarships and other assistance programs. In addition, institutes also take care of those students who come from different socio-economic backgrounds. Students who obtained more than 90% in XIIth board examinations received almost free education. We also categorize students according to their abilities and economic backgrounds for exemption from the tuition fees.
What do you think should be the institute's top priority over the next 10 years?
"Promote recent technologies, such as AI, Blockchain, Big Data, Machine and Deep learning”
We are committed to providing world-class research and development facilities to students. As a result, we require our faculties to rewrite their curriculum strictly in line with corporate and industrial demands. In this regard, infrastructures are being developed to support recent technologies, e.g., AI, Blockchain, Big Data, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
