What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“The profession security and scrutiny of every learning and objective”

The Key Factors that connect me with education sectors are delivering quality education for their students, which helps them to seek jobs and settle and attain key positions in their organizations. Student and their family satisfaction reflect in mouth publicity among their friends and peoples of their circle. These things enrich the root and hold with strong grip during all conditions that were favorable or adverse for others.

Being the Director of Adina Group of Institute Sagar, what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“Democratic leadership for arousing pleasances in the college atmosphere”

My philosophy of leadership is based on pleasances. For an ideal working culture, pleasant working conditions are the utmost required. Pleasant to staff, students, and even to all persons come in your contact. A pleasant atmosphere will result in smart and fruitful working by staff. The agreeable study ambiance will motivate students for their regularity in college that in turn will produce skilled and employable students. This in turn will again boost you’d leadership.

How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your school?

“The social collaborations and media management as a platform for marketing”

  • Organizing regular academic, scientific, and non-academic activity is very much essential for any academic Institution.
  • We organize Conferences, seminars, workshops, sports, cultural activities, and annual meets and some public interest/ awareness activities in-crowd on regular basis.
  • The keen and sincere participation improve student’s technical knowledge and skill that in turn enrich their employable skill.

Organizing the above activities will give them suitable media coverage that is required for promotion, any particular promotional activity is not required.

The education systems in India and other foreign countries are structured very differently. In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here in your institute/ university/ school?

“Disagreement due to the experience of devotion each of the educational professional put in”

There is less disagreement for me on this inbound. I believe there is a complete effort all the institutes and universities put to get good and attractive admissions. The problem arises due to a crowd of large numbers of colleges established in the last 10-15 years by the majority of non-technical personnel keeping in view to earn profit only. The problem arises when students are more of a casual zeal than the sincerity needed for learning by all hearts. Most of the outputs by this college are a crowd of unskilled professionals. A large number of passed but unskilled professionals have failed to search for jobs. All these scenarios lack the interest of the students to take admissions in colleges/universities.

“The maintenance of complete regular decorum and sincerity among the students”

My roles and responsibilities as a Director involve the complete management of discipline and regularity among students on college premises. For the studying environment to be working properly I hold the responsibility of managing mutual respect and open communication between the students and all the teachers. They all are aware of my complete availability at any time they need me for any issue. As I already discussed earlier word pleasant. I keep this thing in mind before taking any decision.

What do you think should be the Institute’s top priority over the next 10 years?

“To reach the point of being the most reputed and highly suggested College”

The top priority in the coming 10 years is to reach the peak of the education sector. The establishment of a research and development center is our next plan on top priorities. All relevant accreditation’s from various agencies in house development of Industrial training center is another target that will bridge the gap between college and Industries.

What is your learning from the pandemic and how are you dealing with the situation?

“The era of online digital learning with the comfort of being home”

We have learned a lot from pandemic; It prepared us to learn how to face the challenges of nature It has brought the globe on digital platforms. Students from school to colleges, universities, coaching industries have adopted and using online teaching mode successfully. I personally feel that this platform is more efficient in most respect (not all) for everyone. Nobody could think that he will have to perform his work online from home.
