In its magnificent world-class campus and infrastructure with well-equipped library and digital legal resources, Moot Court hall for simulated learning is also available for students to practice imaginary cases and procure hands-on experience of the legal world. Moot Court helps students to analyze a problem, research the relevant law, prepare written submissions, and present oral argument for different cases.

Courses offered

School of Law, Sandip University, Nashik offers five-year Integrated B.A.LL.B. and B.B.A. LL.B. courses. At the PG level, the School also offers a one-year LL.M. program with specializations in Constitutional Law and Criminal Law.

The LL.M. (Criminal Law) course is designed according to the guidelines laid down by UGC or University Grants Commissions. It seeks the right balance between the law in motion and law on paper by the introduction of dedicated research, pedagogy, and innovative curriculum.

LL.M. (Constitutional Law) is structured to give a better understanding of fundamental social relationships, such as relationships among Indian states, the states, and federal government, individual rights etc.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the courses is tabulated below:

B.A.LL.B. and B.B.A. LL.B. 10 + 2 or equivalent examination from any recognized Indian secondary board (or equivalent board approved by the Union or State government) with 45% of marks for open category and 40% of marks for SC & ST category students
LL.M. (Constitutional Law), and LL.M. (Criminal Law) LL.B. Degree from any recognized Indian University approved by the Bar Council of India with minimum 50% of marks.
