How does the curriculum of your Institute ensure the best practice of industry?

“Internships and training on various programs”

In our college, we give students certain certifications and training, and workshops to impart practical knowledge and make them skilful and employable. We are conducting a Business Analytics certification program from top corporate, stock market workshops and we are giving them knowledge of digital marketing and so on. We offer internships and help students learn the ins and outs of the real business world.

How could your institute be more welcoming to students of diverse backgrounds?

“Positive adaptation for learning and experiencing cultures”

Students from different races or different economic backgrounds are there within our institute, creating diversity. This diversity in any institute enriches experience. We get students to learn more about innovation and collaboration by means of this diversity. One more thing is, we use this diversity to improve communication and thought processing skills of students too. Since they are coming from different backgrounds, there is a cross-cultural learning. We make them adapt and pursue these changes in a healthy manner through counseling and guidance. Also, we help students from different groups learn leadership styles and skills to implement them in improving their career.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities towards the students are?

“Creating better environment and directions for their future”

My prime role is to shape the vision of the young students, what they are thinking and what they are planning about their career. I must alter that planning in a dynamic and more constructive way. As far as I am concerned, I am holding this position as vice principal, my responsibility is to make the environment hospitable for education and growth. I have to create the same leadership among faculty and students as well.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the aspiring students?

“Be unique, humble and innovative”

Students must be humble and must think before acting. They must find a mentor, one who is suitable to them, one who is able to guide them. They shouldn't be a follower, they should embark their own journey by creating itself. They should try to renovate and innovate the established practices in the benefit of the society and country.
