How do you make the subjects industry-oriented?

“Providing students with industrial visits to gain practical experience”

It's essential to teach students a blend of academic and clinical skills to produce employable graduates. There are great benefits to gain from an industry-oriented education delivery that concentrates on both academic and clinical skills. For one, graduates have a clear competitive advantage when they apply for jobs. Secondly, this approach is interesting for both students and teachers. When it comes to motivation, having fun is a primary component. Being industry-oriented means two things: keeping up with the industry and involving the industry. Industry-oriented academic delivery is a declared goal for our campus.

What advice would you like to the students for them to have a prosperous career ahead?

“Be patient and work hard, gather knowledge, and upgrade continuously”

This covid pandemic is an opportunity to sharpen your skills, introspect yourself, what you can do, what changes you can bring in your life. Believe me, you will not get this type of opportunity in at least the next 100 years. You are so free to learn new things, new technologies, to get new certifications. You can gain insights into other areas also which are not relevant to your particular branches. So my message to youth is to utilize this time because you will not get it again.
