What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

One of the primary reasons to belong to the education sector is my father Dr Zahir is a true educationist by heart. I believe that India needs to train and guide young professionals. We started our own institute to promote professional education and entrepreneurship. I always train the youth for a better future.

“To follow a participative leadership style and consider stakeholder’s views to arrive at an accurate decision”

My leadership style is participative in nature and I am a benevolent dictator. I am getting things done through a correct leadership style. We always consider each stakeholder’s views such as teachers, students, and parents to arrive at an accurate decision.

First one is Bsc Textile Designing covers the entire value chain of the textile industry such as different clothing materials, designing and distribution. Another one is BSc MLS launched in Post-covid 19. It educates the students in health care by setting up state of the art medical labs and infrastructure.

What are the biggest challenges you see for higher education?

“Quality gap, socio-economic factors, and a deeper knowledge are great challenges for the education sector”

One of the greatest challenges for the education sector is the quality gap. On the other hand, the talent gap and IQ gap is very large and increasing. 80-90% of the pyramid bottom did not get proper quality and became backward in education. 10-30% of the strata get all the rights and are provided with proper education. The socio economic factors are another challenging one and I encourage youth to attain accurate knowledge. They become ready to tackle the toughest situations in corporate or personal lives.
