Mr. Sanjeev Chincholi​ is currently serving as the Chairman at Ebenezer Group of Institutions, Bangalore, with a vision to build standard educational institutions to provide quality education over a wide stream of academics. Serving as founding member and chairperson of many prestigious institutions in Bangalore, he has developed a large educational campus with 15+ institutions catering to diverse fields of education such as management, pharmacy, nursing, paramedics, etc. He is a true leader, educationist and mentor guiding students to explore their true potential.

What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Active participation in shaping the future of younger generation”

The education sector is the one that fulfils the purpose of my life. Although I have been a witness to the ups and downs of the education sector, I hold on to the joy of sharing knowledge that comes as a duty of this profession. When knowledge is passed on, we add to the prosperity of the future. When I see young and determined students at our institution, I want them to be moulded into strong pillars that will uphold the responsibilities of the world tomorrow. 

How would you describe your leadership style?

“Leaders must evolve along times and circumstances”

Our leadership style cannot be the same in every situation. One scenario might demand a stringent leader who leads and another might demand a leader who participates and understands the people and works with them to bring about change. A good leader knows how and when to evolve. My leadership style is ever-evolving. I take constant cues from people around me to be a better leader every time.

Being offered the privilege of this position brings extreme honour and pride along with responsibilities that I am determined to fulfil at all times. I look into the functioning of the institution and its departments. I must ensure that my colleagues and faculty are motivated and determined to train the students with best of their concerns. I conduct meetings where we discuss and formulate plans for growth and ways to bridge the gap between the students and the organisation, and inspect the efficiency of the plan to get desired outcomes.

“Put in efforts and do a lot of hard work”

Student life is the most exciting phase of life, but at the same time stressful and critical.
