She has 10+ years of academic experience, serving in senior positions in higher education management in Mumbai and Pune. She has also worked in a senior HR position in the IT, Finance, Manufacturing. and Consulting sectors for approximately 10 years. Education is one of the most evolving sectors today. One of the key factors that keep me connected with this sector is the fact that this sector is highly dynamic and volatile to all the economic and social changes. The only constant has been the values that the institutes instill in their student leaders. This constant factor of instilling values and shaping morals in our young minds keeps me connected to the education sector.

What is your leadership style?

“A great leader is one who enhances hidden qualities of the team”

In my opinion, a great leader should equally take responsibility for failures just like they take responsibility for success. I believe in teamwork and in taking everyone together by providing them equal growth opportunities and lastly, a communication environment should be open if you want your teams to pitch in some of the best ideas. I ensure to have all these while I work with my team.
