What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

"I get pleasure in delivering my knowledge to my students"

The success stories of my students is the driving force for me to be in the education sector for all these years. A strong desire to observe and be a part in the mission in which the young generations excel and contribute to our mother nation’s growth is the key factor that keeps me connected with the education sector for more than two decades.

What is your leadership style?

"I work as a ‘Transformational leader’ in order to build mutual trust, loyalty and respect among the stakeholders of the institute"

As I am basically an academician and holding an administrative role, I have adopted multiple styles to lead and motivate stakeholders of St.Mary’s. These included Affiliate and Coaching styles when dealing with students and faculty; Instructional style when it comes to faculty’s continued improvement in performances and professional progress; and sometimes even Pacesetting style to set self as an example to the team.

How do you strategize about the key programs and plan for St. Mary's marketing and administration?

"We strategize our courses as per the industry requirements"

Academic and non-academic activities at St.Mary’s are well-defined and focused to shrink the lapses in institutional input schema and industry expectations, thus maximizing the placeability of our students.

What can an inbound student gain from studying in your college?

"Our focus is on shaping the attitudes to become self-learners, skilling and reskilling"

Mentoring at St.Mary’s made it much easier for both the teaching and learning communities to have better known each other’s ideologies, attitudes, career goals, etc. Induction programs are conducted prior to the commencement of instructional sessions, which present all the necessary information for an incumbent to have a thorough understanding of institutional procedures, especially as an affiliated body.

Any insights into how your institute could be more welcoming to students of diverse backgrounds?

"St.Mary’s has been established with an objective to cater to the educational needs of all sections of the society"

St.Mary’s has a loyal, committed and dedicated team to counsel, coordinate, mentor, and support these sections of students who are from different villages/cities / towns/regions. The caste, creed, religion, social and/or economical status are reserved and referred only till the admission criterion is fulfilled. Once the instructional process commences, all the students will be treated to be as the same and no difference with respect to any other parameters said above shall be seen in them.
