I have worked in the Hospitality Industry for the last 22 years. My experiences hold a big factor in the professional career to attach with the institute. I want to deliver my best knowledge to the students in terms of theory and practice. Hence, they should stand topmost in the industry at the end of course.

What is your leadership philosophy?

“Lead the students to build a better future as chefs”

I have worked many years as a chef in the Industry. I give my knowledge to the students and lead them to build their careers in the future as best chefs. Moreover, I motivate them. I take initiative to make them perfect chefs for their career start.

How do you strategize plans for the marketing and administration of the institution?

“Career programs and activities available for candidates”

Marketing gives all the information regarding the courses, upcoming programs, and careers activities. It will be helpful for the students. I believe that our marketing teams play a vital role. Any students who visit our campus provide a college tour and show them each department. These are the key in the Industry and explain departmental areas.

My primary responsibility is to give the students the best knowledge by the end of their course. They will stand no.1 in the industry and can prove themselves. Hence, they completed a course on a great campus with excellent services.

“Implement marketing teams for the progress of campus”

The college contains experienced faculty. Their teaching quality and support are excellent. We need some marketing teams for the progress of campus. Hence, we decide to provide it in the next 10 years.

“Proper training for the betterment of pupils”

We made a better vision for the students. Moreover, we never stopped students from their study materials. Proper training in a specific field is necessary. I will never stop to fulfill this vision.
