I have a very democratic approach to leadership. I consider the participation of everyone in the progression. Moreover, we aim at the contribution of responsibility from everyone in the team. I value my team, take note of their ideas and encourage them at a necessary time. I am empathetic, thoughtful, and kind with my team.

I got associated in the initial years and witnessed various changes. The institute is always focused on creating a niche for the students. I see the same thing getting reflected through its vision and implementation.

We emphasize on overall development and placement of students. The salary offered to the students as per the industry norms. We have a modern and artistic infrastructure. The campus environment is very good, clean, and well equipped. We provide a quality hostel and a playground for sports. Assam Future Chef is held at our college every year. It is one of the biggest culinary competitions for students pursuing their intermediate.
