Dr. Kuber Singh Gurupanch is the Principal of Dev Sanskriti College Of Education Technology. He did BA., MA in Economics, M.Phil., and PhD in Geography. He has 20 years of experience working as a Principal. He has also published texts on Water Resource Assessment and Development in the Upper Mahanadi Basin and Environmental Education (2014), Demographic Geography (2015) and Experimental Geography (2021). He has been felicitated with several awards such as Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Samman from Bharatiya Dalit Sahitya Akademi Chhattisgarh Dhamtari, Dr. Jyotiba Phule, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam National Award, National Honor Award from Samta Sahitya Akademi, New Delhi and International Award, Gangtok (2019) and Outstanding Teacher Ratna Award.
