Mrs. Archana Pandey is working as an Assistant Professor of the Education Department at Dev Sanskriti College Of Education Technology. She has done BA and MA in English literature and has also done MA in Psychology and MBA in HR. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD in Psychology.
What keeps you connected with the education sector?
“My curious attitude to expand my knowledge by educating youths”
As I always love to teach students, so my passion for educating others has kept me connected to the education field. Coming to my journey with this college, it has been amazing for me till date with lots of challenges and learning opportunities. This college is full of positive energy and it has a spiritual environment too, both of which help me to gain knowledge and also facilitate me in teaching students.
What are your roles and responsibilities?
“To arrange classes, training and professional visits for our students”
My main accountability is to ensure the smooth execution of classes. Also, maintain the curriculum in my department. I believe that whatever is taught to students should be helpful for their future and they should be capable enough to apply those skills in their practical life. To ensure all this, I organize various workshops, webinars, and field trips so that they can explore new things and learn from their experiences.
What extracurricular activities are organized in college to enhance the skills of the students?
“We proffer expert sessions, industrial visits and PD classes”
In addition to arranging seminars and webinars for students, we conduct various extempore and presentations to improve their soft skills. Our college offers various programs and courses as per the latest industry demands and development, and these courses are regularly updated as per government guidelines, regulations and students' needs.
What approaches do you bring in apart from curriculum to teach your students?
“I use the concept of the participative environment”
To enforce a good learning environment, I do use new technologies, informal group discussions, extempore, as well as taking them to live demo classes so that they can experience teaching in a real-life situation.

What would you like people to know about your institute?

I would like people to know that our college offers good education in terms of technical knowledge, spiritual and cultural values. Because we believe in producing a great individual for both society and industry. Our college environment has very good vibes, infrastructure and our classrooms and labs are well acquainted with the latest technological equipment. Lastly, we have the best minds with us in terms of highly qualified and experienced faculties and staff.

“Read books and get relevant skills as per your passion”
I would like to advise my students to acquire relevant skills and knowledge in their respective fields so that they can get good jobs. I would also urge them to spend less time on social media and to read more books because books are always our best friends.
