What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

"The satisfaction we receive when justice is served to society people has kept me associated here"

I firmly believe that the people working in the Legal Education field, Metrical or Hearing site and Teaching domain are equally important and interconnected with the society and welfare of society depends upon them to a great extent. And along with delivering legal education to students, we are preparing them to give justice to victims in the best possible way as without law and order society cannot run. So when justice is served and people life becomes easy, it gives us limitless happiness and satisfaction which I think is also the driving behind my association with the legal education sector.

How does the curriculum of your college ensure the best practices of industry?

"It comprises of best courses, training programs and practice sessions and developed by University"

Our curriculum is very much scientific, because we are not only imparting education within the classes only, but have also established moot courtrooms to provide required practical exposure to our students. Also, we take our students for regular visits to various assessment courts, High Courts and Supreme Court so that students can experience the things on ground level. Apart from this, NGO visits are also regularly organized by us to educate our students about the issues these NGOs usually face and how students can utilize their knowledge to fix those legal issues and we also organize legal awareness campaigns in various villages as well as providing free of cost legal assistance to village people. We are also having a Legal Attorney and Advocates from various district sessions courts and High Court to provide legal help to common people and train our students as per real world scenarios.

What difficulties normally come when someone establishes a Law based educational institution?

"Getting Accreditation for college and approval for courses is a real challenge"

The first thing that comes into picture is that you need to take permission from the University during establishment of college and then need to register courses under Bar Council of India as it is the topmost authority to recognise and approve Legal Education. Along with this, one has to take the recognition and approval of all the concerned authorities, including local government. After this, inspection takes place by the Park Council of India after which you can start delivering courses to students. And after every 3 years, this affiliation needs renewal as inspection happens from time to time by the top authorities and Law Bodies.

Any suggestions which you would like to give to the current youth and aspiring students?

"Give focus on enhancing your practical knowledge and experience in legal education sector"

I would like to advise my dear students to not get demoralized because a successful career in the field of Law demands years of hard work, perseverance and patience. The only thing you should worry about is how to provide justice to others by using your knowledge and experience once you reach that position. So, along with dedicating your time to grasp theoretical concepts, give equal time to practice in courtrooms, as practical exposure in these moot courts will help you a lot during actual issues. Lastly, I would advise them to keep themselves updated with the latest trends and developments of the Law and Legal Processes by regularly reading journals.

How do you establish healthy relations with the students and fellow faculty?

"By offering the quality knowledge and skills to students and maintaining discipline in college"

For the purpose of ensuring a good relationship with my students, we offer them quality education, because I firmly believe that once they will receive good knowledge, they will grow on both personal and professional fronts. And this will automatically ensure a cordial bond between teachers and students. Also, when it comes to fellow Faculty, then we all follow a strict disciplined environment in college and work as a team to fulfill our shared goals.
