What are the interventions you bring in apart from curriculum to train the students?
"We have constituted a Training and Placement cell for which provides guidance to the students"
The placement unit takes right steps in identifying the demands of the current industries and prepares our students towards this need. Adequate emphasis is given for soft skill development complementing the regular academic programs. Aptitude tests and group discussions are conducted at regular intervals to enable the students to improve their performance in competitive exams as well as in placement interviews.
How do you help your student to cope up with the competitive world?
"Institution-Industry Interaction Cell is established to provide closer links with industries"
SNVPMV has focused on strong industrial interaction to bridge the gap between institute and industry and develop pharmacy professionals as per the needs of the industry. The institutes must work to change the attitude of students focusing for next five years ahead and must have the mindset to work in a 24×7 environment.

Do you have any extracurricular activities to enhance the skills of students?
"Today, the real world challenges include Team Working skills"
Majority of academically strong (>80% Marks) students plunge into team working and managerial skills. A person who possesses skills in formulations, analysis, chemistry, and pharmacological studies cannot become a manager of an entire project & he can only become an individual department head.
