News Title: Magadh University (MU) is preparing to conduct the exam for Postgraduate (PG) First Semester students of academic session 2019-2021 and third-semester exam for students of academic session 2018-2020 from April 6, 2023 onwards.
During a recent meeting with MU Exam Department, the Vice Chancellor of Magadh University, Shashi Pratap Shahi shared that it had been decided to administer all awaiting exams on an urgent basis and to announce the results as quickly as possible.
He added that "the first semester examinees from arts, science and commerce streams have been divided into two groups - A and B - for smooth conduct of the examinations”. The exam for students will be held in two sessions at allotted exam centers.
Following the exam schedule, the first session will start at 10 AM and last until 1 PM and the second session will commence at 2 PM and last till 5 PM. Candidates are required to reach the allotted exam center at least an hour before the given time.
For group A individuals, the first sitting of the PG first semester exams will be held on April 8, 11, 13, and April 17, 2023, according to Shashi. Exams for group B individuals will be given in a second sitting on April 8, 11, 13, and April 18, 2023.
The university will also conduct the exam in two sittings of the PG third semester students, on April 6, 10, 12, and April 15, 2023. The Vice-Chancellor further announced that group discussion, practical exams, and viva voce will all begin on April 17, 2023.
Under Group A, the exam will be held for subjects like English, Political Science, Psychology, Zoology, Public Administration, Electronics, Chemistry, Business, Music, Physics, Environmental Science and Biochemistry.
Additionally, subjects like Home Science, Economics, Philosophy, History, Hindi, Urdu, Sanskrit, Persian, Botany, Pali, Mathematics, Buddhist Studies, Ancient Indian and Archaeology Studies, Sociology, Law, and Maghi are among the subjects in group "B”.
