Without any doubt, PIBM is one of the best colleges in India for management. It offers an AICTE approved PGDM course. It also offers an MBA program in affiliation with Savitribai Phule Pune University.
PIBM is one of the best institutions offering many opportunities along with wonderful placements for finance. So if you are interested in applying, grab the opportunity.
If you are 25-26 years of age, I would suggest you go for one more attempt along with your job. If you even get into TAPMI with this much experience there are high chances that you will not get a good placement.
Having this much work experience, you can go for MBA from BLACKI (Banglore, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Calcutta, Kozhikode, Indore), XLRI Jamshedpur, FMS, and other premium institutes.
These institutes can easily offer a package of more than 25 lacs and even a good strategy and consulting profile and plus you can get a tag for a lifetime which will help you to accelerate your career.
All three institutes you mentioned - TAPMI, SIBM-B, and IIM B are highly reputed for their MBA/PGDM programs in Bangalore. TAPMI and IIM-B are legacy institutions as they were established in 1980 and 1973 respectively while SIBM-B was established in 2008.
Seems like you are looking for Bangalore colleges only, so I assume you have some constraints regarding shifting to any other city than Bangalore. But if not then you can try and go for some other B-schools in the country. It depends on if you have got calls from all three, in that case go for IIM-B, as it is among the top two or three B-schools in India.
For further assistance below is a table comparing the three colleges on different aspects;

The procedure to get into the NICMAR Pune is not at all difficult because you need to pass an entrance and a personal interview.
The entrance is nothing else than the NCAT, which you have to pass with flying colors, and then there will be a personal interview scheduled after the exam.
If you manage to pass the personal interview, you will get admission in NICMAR, or else, work harder for your next attempt. NCAT is not that tough. It's easy if one prepares well.
It will be better if you don’t consider MBA from Taxila business school as an option. While considering a B-school you should always look for a college that has great infrastructure, curriculum, faculties, environment, placement opportunities, and learning opportunities. And Taxila business school will not fulfill the above criteria.
You should select business schools that have ranked well in the Times Business school rankings. Try to choose Tier 1 MBA institutions. If you have a good MAT score along with a good academic record then you can surely get a good institution. Also, if possible try to score well in CAT, ATMA, and other examinations too. That way you will have better options.
TAPMI is better than NIRMA. TAPMI has been ranked ahead of NIRMA by the ranking institutions but in the past few years, the average placement package offered and the overall placement of Nirma have increased.
