I assume you are an open category candidate. If this is the case, then you can’t expect to secure a top branch at IIT Delhi with 4000 rank.

The continuing education programs commonly known as CEP are provided by IIT Delhi to working professionals. IIT Delhi offers CEP courses across various disciplines namely Engineering, Management, Humanities and Social Sciences, Mathematics and Sciences, and Interdisciplinary programs. Students are required to attend 120 hours of live online lectures and classes are usually scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays.
