The only degree offered by FMS (Faculty Of Management Studies) is an MBA (Master of Business Administration).
Your degree, or any other official college document, does not and will not include any reference to a specialization. Your Major and Minor, which are both valid for internal processes, are based on the Elective subjects (that you choose in your second year of the course) from the different streams available to you.
At this time, there are no electives that are centered on the IB (International Business), although there are some electives like International Financial Management and International Business Strategy that do not mean you will be offered an MBA IB degree.
Honestly speaking, your chances of getting into IIM Lucknow Calcutta and Kozhikode are scarce unless you score 100 percentile considering your profile. IIM Ahmedabad, Indore and Shillong won’t give you a call even after 100 as their eligibility criteria focuses majorly on past academics which are below average in your case.
IIM Bangalore is unpredictable in its eligibility criteria. It might take students with poor academic backgrounds but good work experience. So if you have none you can forget this chance also.
FMS does not almost consider past academics at all but for that, you need a CAT percentile of more than 99.5. For the safer side a 99.75 might grant you a conversion.
Don’t get demotivated just because of your past academic performance and ruin your future. Rather make the most out of your present life and opportunities.
The eligibility criteria for MBA Executive program at FMS Delhi is as follows
must have pursued at least a three-year Bachelor‘s Degree program after twelve years of formal schooling having secured minimum 45% aggregate marks or equivalent grades in any of the disciplines such as Arts, Commerce, Social Sciences, Law, Sciences, Mathematics/ Statistics, Medicine, Engineering or Technology.
Additionally, she/ he should have at least five years of experience as an executive or an administrator in a commercial/government establishment/registered organization after passing the Bachelor‘s degree examination.
Although there is no hard and fast rule that only the most experienced student will get the highest package, having work experience will make your resume more appealing to the prospective employer and there are companies that require work experience for various profiles like consulting and product management.
These profiles pay well so it makes sense that people with relevant work experience are preferred to someone with no work experience. But mind you this is not discriminating against freshers, colleges and companies give equal opportunities to all of their students.

Yes. You very certainly can. A year of intense preparation can result in a high percentile.
FMS is unconcerned about your academic history. You only need a decent CAT score. This year's general cutoff was around 98.6+. It is possible that it will increase next year. As a result, the greater your score, the better your chances are. The other components you must concentrate on are extempore and PI.
When you go into FMS, make sure you work hard. Your academic performance may influence your chances of being shortlisted by select top organisations during summer assignments. However, if you study hard for two years and keep a high CGPA, you have a good chance of being shortlisted by some extremely good company. From there, it's up to you to give it your all and land the job!
FMS gives 50% weightage to the CAT exam in that it gives more weightage to the verbal ability section, 40% weightage is given to VA, and 30% weightage each is given to DILR and quant section.
To get a call from FMS (for a GEM), you must have to score above the 99.50 percentile. FMS gives 5% extra weightage if you are a female candidate. PI has been given a weightage of 15%. 10th, 12th, UG, and SOP have been given less weightage.
Although there is no such ideal profile to get into FMS, to secure your admission, your CAT percentile must be above 99.50. Your VA percentile must be above 98-99 percentile. You must have scored 80% plus in your 10th and 12th exams and 70% plus in your undergraduate exam. Having work experience would act like a cherry on top.
It is appropriate to mention your ultimate career goal of starting a school in the admission form for FMS Delhi and doing so could reflect your passion for education. Management programs are not only intended for preparing individuals for employment but also for cultivating entrepreneurship. I also encourage you to indicate a timeframe for achieving your goal, as setting deadlines is essential for achieving aspirations.
Expected FMS Cutoff is mentioned in the following table:

The EWS quota makes a slight difference in your chances of getting into FMS or IIM Calcutta. It is not the major factor that determines your eligibility. Some major parameters that are considered are:
CAT score
10 and 12 marks
Graduation score
Work Experience
A good past record with 99 CAT score will increase your chances of getting into IIM Calcutta. Study hard for the CAT exam as the competition is very tough.
So rather than focusing on minor factors like EWS, focus more on your preparation.
