Hello, this is Alok Aggarwal, an MBA graduate from LPU. Lovely Professional University is India's largest private university and one of the country's top leading institutions. The university is spread over an area of 600 acres and has a sprawling ultra-modern campus. 

LPU claims to have one of the most diverse campuses across the country, with over 30,000 students. LPU has several latest and modern facilities like labs, library, hostels, smart classrooms, theaters, museums, auditoriums, etc. 

Talking about the library at LPU. For an avid reader like me, LPU offers a huge Library System with 11 branches. The Central Library in Block-37 is the biggest. There are more than 24+ lakh books and e-books on all subjects and for every field. 

Besides books, the library systems at LPU also have rare book collections, special reports, reference sources, audio-visual material, research journal, etc. The Library is well equipped with RFID-chip installed books and RFID scan technology which allows us to take and return the books ourselves without standing in a queue. 

The library also has several Computers so that we can use them to play CDs/ DVDs etc and learn various topics. One thing that I really loved about the LPU library is the UMS Library Management System, which allows you to search for a specific book and you can check the library's shelf location and availability of the book. The book is given to the student for 15 days, following which they can either renew it or return it.

I am currently pursuing B.Com LLB at LPU. I am a student of LPU since 3 years. LPU is a good place for personal growth and education.

A lot of factors make LPU unique. LPU offers a number of UG and PG level courses. Apart from that, the infrastructure, facilities, student diversity and other features make LPU different from many other colleges and universities. 

LPU has a whole city within the campus, it provides almost all the facilities within its campus itself. Every year LPU launches unique initiatives or student development programs. For example, LPU has recently organized a Hackathon called “Dare to Innovate” that aims to encourage students to seek innovative ideas and solutions. 

Another initiative that I can recall is “E-Parikshaka” which was smart technologies and equipment testing for farmers. Apart from that, numerous other unique initiatives are regularly taken at LPU. 

Thus, it is clear that LPU is a unique and leading private University in India.

My Name is Sakshi Gupta, I have completed BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from LPU. I guess I can answer this question better as I sat for placements last year. 

LPU believes in practical learning and gives students in their final year so many opportunities for placements and internships and even part-time jobs. LPU uses various mediums to inform students with latest Updates and events at the university and keeps us updated regarding the lastest market trends as well.

LPU has its own university app where they post all the latest announcements, exams, fees, results, placements, and various kinds of things. So I used that app during my placements to get the latest information related to webinars, seminars, and placement and internship opportunities for students. I have not seen a single day when there is no announcement for an internship at that app. 

The top companies that offer internships at LPU to BA Journalism and Mass Com graduates are India Today, Times of India, HT Media, Zee Media, Sony, Red FM etc.

LPU also trains students from scratch and provides them Industrial Trainings and placements. For some courses at LPU it is compulsory for students to do a 30 - 45 days internship or Summer training, full-term mandatory internships. Hence LPU offers internships to students. 

Hello, I am Tanzeela Qadir, a former PhD Scholar at LPU. LPU is one of the top prestigious Private Universities in India. It has a strong placement record, as more than 90% of students grabbed placement opportunities in renowned organizations in 2023. Some of the important highlights related to the LPU placements are given below:

• LPU is very particular about the placement for its students. There are several mentors who help students and train them for placement interviews. Apart from them, LPU alumni also come to help us. Almost 90% of the students definitely get placements at LPU
• Last year, Top 10% of the students received an average package of INR 12.3 LPA in the placement drive. More than 1100 students received packages of INR 10 LPA. The highest package in 2023 placement stood at INR 54.75 LPA. 
• With really good placement numbers, there are several top companies who come to recruit LPU graduates. Almost 1100 recruiters participated in the 2023 placement drive. Some of the top companies who offered jobs at the LPU Placements were Amazon, Cognizant, Infosys, Adobe, Microsoft etc. are some of the top recruiters participating in the LPU placements. 

This is Akshat Jain, I completed my BTech CSE course from LPU in the year 2021. I would say, LPU exams are not too difficult, however it completely depends on how you have learned throughout the semester. You must aim to score good marks and have a deep understanding of different core subjects, consistency in Studies. Follow the tips below and you can easily score more than 9 CGPA :

• Attend each and every lecture right from the beginning of the semester. Being punctual and regular to your classes will be highly beneficial.
• Listen to every lecture carefully & make precise notes. This really helps to revise before the exam. 
• Revise everything once whatever you have learned on the same day.
• Study from important and prescribed textbooks. Reading from a book helps you to understand the concepts much better.
• Don't waste your time. If you have time left even after studying everything, try to revise the topics you have doubts in.
• Focus more on MTE because they have the most weightage of marks.

One of the most important factors for choosing BBA from Christ University was my interest in the subject. If you are interested in business and administration, then you should choose Christ. The curriculum is great. Though the term exams are quite tricky, they will thoroughly test your understanding of business and administration through the various case studies of companies. You are eligible to sit for placements in the last semester in June. Many well-known companies visit the campus. Some of the recruiters include BCG, McKinsey, DeShaw, JP Morgan, Accenture, ICICI, etc. You can expect to get hired for roles such as HR, consultant and analyst. The highest package goes around 10-20 LPA. The average package offered is around 6 LPA. The placement cell is active and makes sure that a good percentage of the students get placed at the top companies.

The placement for MBA in Christ University is really good. You will be eligible for placements from your 5th trimester. Our university has a rich history of placement for more than 20 years which attracts more than 150 organizations every year to recruit MBA students. Reputed companies visit the companies such as TCS, EY, Cerner aa, Deloitte, KPMG, etc. The packages provided by these companies are also satisfactory, but please do not expect to get very high-paying packages like the IIMs. The placement cell is active and helps the students get placed at top companies. The highest package for MBA is around 15 LPA and the average package is around 6 LPA. The return on investment is good. You can expect about 90% of the students to get placed. Many training sessions and corporate interactions are conducted to make the students accustomed to the job culture and the recruitment process.

You will be eligible to sit for placements in your fifth semester. Christ University provides many placement opportunities to its students. You have to maintain an aggregate of 70% to be eligible for placements. Reputed recruiters visit the college to recruit students according to various job requirements. Some of the common companies include JP Morgan, Deloitte, Infosys, De Shaw, Goldman Sachs, etc. The highest package in some departments can go up to 20 LPA and more. You need to groom yourself and sharpen your communication skills to get placed as these companies conduct different rounds. If you successfully qualify for all the rounds then only you are selected. The placement cell is quite active and supports the students throughout the placement season and helps you to get placed at top companies. The placement percentage is around 80%. 

The infrastructure at Christ is amazing. The university makes sure that the students are leading an active college life with the perfect blend of academics and various extracurricular activities. You can take part in the multiple clubs that are present on the campus or make a club of your own which the University actively supports. The classrooms are modernized with good facilities and are sanitized regularly. There are various sports facilities spread all across the campus such as badminton and tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts and football courts. The campus is breathtaking with multiple trees, animals, plants and lakes. Some fests and events take place throughout the year. The library is well stocked with a huge number of books from varied courses. You can even borrow journals and non-fictional books from the library. The campus is surrounded by malls and cafes which you can visit with your friends.

You can apply for admission with a minimum criteria of 10+2 for undergraduate courses and 10+2 plus graduation for postgraduate courses. The overall application process is explained in detail on the college website. The eligibility criteria can differ for the different courses. Now, after you have filled out the application form, you will be provided a date for the CUET exam which is the entrance exam of Christ University. The level of difficulty of this exam is moderate. It mainly assesses your level of understanding of the subject and the knowledge that you have acquired previously. If you can crack this exam then there will be a micro presentation and a faculty interview round. The students who pass all the rounds can get admitted successfully at Christ University.
