However, I would like to tell highlight a few things-

1. Electronics and Electrical value your ability to remember random figures rather than polishing your technical knowledge. 
2. The syllabus and question paper for both these courses is below par at NIT Warangal. The syllabus for them is outdated.
3. Placements are high at NITW, but software profiles are mostly offered. 
4. Most students start coding from their pre-final year because of low placement chances in the core companies of other disciplines. 
5. The college infrastructure and hostel facilities may disappoint you. 

Government colleges other than IIT D, B, and K are lagging behind in reality.

They have subpar infrastructure and their administration is old and rigid. They offer no extra support and opportunities to their students. All of this combined with the rigorous academic schedule causes plenty of frustration. 

I am assuming you mean the minimum rank required for a B.Tech admission into NIT Raipur. The JEE Mains cutoff ranks for NITs depend upon various factors-

• Your All India Rank

• Your Category (i.e. General, OBC, SC/ST)

• Your domicile- Home State candidates get a good advantage. The advantage increases if you are an OBC/SC/ST/PH candidate on top of that.

XAT cutoff is the only criteria for GD and PI calls. I would advise you to search for more business schools. You still have time to apply to XLRI.

To get admission to AIIMS Rishikesh as a general category student, you need to appear for the AIIMS MBBS entrance exam conducted by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. The admission to AIIMS Rishikesh will be based on your performance in this exam.

The AIIMS MBBS entrance exam is a computer-based test and consists of 200 objective type questions from subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, General Knowledge, and Aptitude & Logical Thinking. Each question carries one mark, and there is a negative marking of 1/3 mark for each wrong answer.

The minimum qualifying mark for general category students in the AIIMS MBBS entrance exam is 50%.
