In JNTUK, there are no campus placements available for master’s degree holders. TCS sometimes visits for the interview of post-graduate students and only hires a few students depending on their performance in interviews.
The course is not recognized by AICTE so you won't get many opportunities after completing your course and won't even get any stipend through your GATE qualification.
It is better to prepare for IITs or IISC if you want a career in this field, as these institutes will help you a lot to achieve your goal. Which is a better option, IIIT Allahabad, JNTUH, or JNTUK?
JNTUH (Hyderabad) and JNTUK (Kakinada) are the local JNTUs that offers seats based on rank in TS Eamcet and AP Eamcet respectively while IIIT Allahabad is a Central Government Funded College that allocates seats based on rank achieved by the student in JEE Main.
