The difficulty of getting to the CSE course through LPUNEST can be based on factors like your preparation, the number of applicants and competition level. If you are good in your academics, you will not find it to be much difficult.

If you have scored good marks in class 12, then you will not find LPUNEST to be tough as it is generally based on previous qualifications. There are also no negative markings in the exam, making it more easy.

I have completed my graduation from LPU a long time ago. The Lovely Professional University National Eligibility and Scholarship Test (LPUNEST) is the entrance exam conducted by LPU for admission to its various programs. 

One should know very well what their interests and goals are. Through LPUNEST the University shortlists students for different courses. LPU offers a wide range of academic courses, this is why students should know the course they are interested in and apply for LPUNEST accordingly. LPUNEST also serves as a scholarship test, and candidates wishing to get scholarships are advised to qualify LPUNEST. 

LPU offers scholarships to meritorious students based on their performance in LPUNEST. Hence, for candidates who need financial assistance, LPUNEST is an important test. Regarding whether the preparation for LPUNEST is worth it. LPUNEST contains questions related to reasoning, verbal ability, analytical ability, etc. It is an MCQ based online test, and that's why I personally recommended LPUNEST. 

LPUNEST is easy compared to various other entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc. Without an entrance exam, it is very tough to get admission into some courses at LPU, hence it is advisable from my side to qualify LPUNEST before admission.

Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test, commonly known as LPUNEST, is conducted four times a year. The LPUNEST exam is conducted for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

The mandatory requirement to clear LPUNEST is subject to which course you want to seek admission into. 

• For B.Tech, MBA, Agricultural courses- You need to clear the LPUNEST. 

But if you clear a national level exam that is recognised by LPU for admissions and you fulfill the university’s eligibility requirements, you can seek admission into these courses without clearing LPUNEST.

• For BBA, BA, BCom- For these programs, LPUNEST is not mandatory. 

But if you want to be eligible for scholarship, then you will have to clear the exam for these courses as well.
