Which integrated BEd programs does LPU offer?

A
Admin Posted On : May 14th, 2024

My friend is pursuing his BSc-BEd degree at LPU. The university offers several courses in combination with a BEd. Here’s a list of the same-

  1. Integrated BSc-BEd
  2. Integrated BA-BEd
  3. Integrated BEd- MEd

I had a conversation with my friend recently, and he told me why he chose Int. BSc-BEd program at LPU. He told me that his course offers both subject-specific knowledge and pedagogical skills. Both of these are required for a bright career in teaching. Instead of completing his 3 year BSc and then opting for a 2 year BEd, he decided to choose the 4 year integrated programme to save some time.

He told me that LPU is a good option for an int. BEd. because the university offers an-up-to date curriculum along with good exposure.

Thus, you can opt for integrated BEd from LPU.

Can I complete the coursework of the 1st semester after the deadline in LPU?

A
Admin Posted On : May 13th, 2024

LPU has made some provisions for students who were unable to complete their coursework due to some genuine reasons. The university offers options to students to make up for the lost coursework. As per the university law, you can make up for the missed education during the subsequent semesters. The LPU may also provide you with the deadline to complete the remaining work.

PhD scholars need to complete the coursework in two semesters. It consists of 3 courses with 8 credits each. Research scholars are expected to complete the coursework at the earliest with a minimum of 75% attendance. Failing to meet the criteria, they are not allowed to appear in the end-term examination.

You should communicate with the related faculty to explore options and ensure the efficient flow of the academic program.
