How much should I get in 12th and the JEE Mains to get a BTech CSE at IIIT Delhi?
IIIT Delhi follows a scheme of bonus marks. These marks are awarded for excellence in academics, sports, olympiads, etc.
The top 1% performers in the 12th CBSE boards are awarded bonus scores. To apply for bonus marks through academics, you must be a Delhi candidate. Without bonus marks, only your JEE Mains rank is considered.
Here are the ranks for CSE at IIIT Delhi:
- With 6 bonus marks, 9-10k rank.
- With 10 bonus marks, 13-14k rank.
- With no bonus marks, 5-6k rank.
A bonus percentile of 2/3.5 will be directly added to your JEE Mains percentile.
Eligibility for B.Tech at IIIT Delhi is-
- A minimum of 80 marks in Maths.
- 80% in best 5 (including PCM) in 12th boards.

Can I get any branch in IET Lucknow if my general rank is 4500 and my category is OBC?
With this rank, it is difficult to get admission for the general and OBC category, you can choose other colleges. You should also fill applications for all types of branches so that the options are high.

What is the JKCET cut off for GCET Jammu?
When it comes to the cut off for getting admission in GCET Jammu, then it all depends on branches and your choices. For example - if you want to get enrolled in Civil branch in GCET then you need to score at least a rank under 200-210. Should I get admission in IET Lucknow with electronics and communication branch? My general rank is 9,458, and my girls rank is 1,239.
You have a very decent rank in the girls' category but still, this rank is not so good for you to get into ECE in IET Lucknow.
You might get a seat in other branches like Civil Engineering or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering though the chances are few.

Great Lakes will accept only Last year's scores of CAT and XAT for Cycle -1 of the PGPM 2023 admission process and for both the years in Cycle-2
However, the admissions are done holistically so qualifying the above cutoffs cannot alone determine your chances of admission here. The cutoffs too vary every year depending on the applicant pool and quality. Approximately, a 90+ percentile in XAT/CAT and a 600+ score in GMAT would be considered suitable subjects to meet other criteria.

What is the cutoff for OBC in the UIT RGPV?
The cut-off can’t be said for sure but it can however be related slightly. Previous year students with minimum JEE Main score of 150 were only allowed. The cut-off percentage for MPBSE was near about 93 to 95%.
For CSE the closing rank for the student from the home state was around 60,000 and those belonging outside were around 85,000. This can lead to either selection in the CSE branch or the Mechanical branch.
For EEE, the minimum AIR for students from the home state and outside the home state was around 1, 00,000.
Changes can be seen from the next year because board percentage criteria will be removed for calculating the AIR which in turn will affect the counseling which is an integral part of the admission process.
Does FMS BHU take sectional cutoff?
No, FMS - BHU does not consider sectional cut-offs. Usually, the cut-off of the general category ranges from 82 to 85 percentile. This is the required criteria for any candidate to receive a GD-PI call.

IMS BHU (which technically was known as FMS earlier) generally accepts CAT score for admission purposes. If you are considering section-wise, then 80 percentile or above can increase your chances of selection after the GD or the interview session.
