SJ
Sheetal Jain Posted On : July 9th, 2021
B.Com(Hons.) from SVKM's NMIMS (2019)

BBA from all of these institutes, Nirma University, Symbiosis, and NMIMS is good. It now depends on whether you are willing to go for an MBA immediately after your graduation or not.

If you want to do an MBA and not want to get into giving entrances again, then go for Nirma, it is a decent pick. If you feel you can study in the 2nd and 3rd year of your graduation for MBA entrance exams. Then go for BBA from NMIMS or Symbiosis.

Studied at KITT School of Management (2019)

KIIT School of Management is a very famous and reputed business management school in our country. Many students across the country apply for admission and for that all of them are required to appear for the entrance exam conducted by the college and pass it successfully.

The entrance is relatively easier when compared to the entrance exams of other business schools. The reason behind it is the amount of time you get when you appear for the exams.

You will get 3 hours and within that time period, you will have to solve 120 questions which is not a difficult task. All the sections in the question paper are moderate.

But you should really work on some chapters like Profit and Loss, Time and Work, Time and Speed, Simple and Compound Interest, etc., and also improve the vocabulary. You will be easily able to clear the exam if your aptitude is good as it is an important part to clear the exam.

Does a distance BBA from Mewar University hold value?

SS
Shreya Saxena Posted On : December 28th, 2021
Ph.D. Management, I. K. Gujral Punjab Technical University (2018)

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), is a highly valued Professional degree designed to develop the skills in students required for careers in business and management.

It is recommended that you do not choose Mewar University for pursuing a distance degree on BBA because it is a highly valued professional degree and requires proper guidance for learning skills for business and management.

It is better if you opt for a known local university which will be much more reliable. You can go for Chandigarh University. It is Industry-relevant and has well-recognized programs. It is Learner Centric with a flexible program structure.

They offer a degree which is globally accepted. The teaching process is highly interactive and multimedia based. They have an online and offline mode of academic counseling. Lastly they have employability enhancement training programmes which is very beneficial for students.

What has more value, an IPM from IIM Indore or a BBA from some reputed college and then an MBA from some top IIM?

FS
Farah Shah Posted On : January 12th, 2023
Studies Integrated Programme in Management, IIM Indore (Expected 2024)

First, keep in mind that you're looking for a program that will help you develop your entire personality while also giving you access to cutting-edge amenities and facilities and an assured MBA from one of the best B schools in the nation. The IPM course offered by IIM Indore is ideal for you if this is what you're looking for.

If, however, you are solely interested in a BBA program and are confident that you can enter IIM ABC after BBA despite the competition from roughly 2 lakh engineers, then go for it.

However, if you choose to do so, you also have the choice to leave the IPM after receiving your undergraduate degree and enroll in a better business school to complete your MBA. Therefore, if you must choose between the two, it is advised that you go with the first because it will give you better exposure, a more competitive environment, better amenities, and a rare opportunity to graduate from an IIM that is among the top 5 in the nation.

Would people recommend Alliance University for a BBA?

RS
Rashika Saraf Posted On : May 30th, 2021
B.Tech in Civil Engineering & Marketing, Hindustan University (2020)

A relative of mine is an alumnus of Alliance University and he is not sure about recommending the institute as a suitable option for academics.

  • If you study in this institute it can give causes for uncertainty. There are a lot of options you can look for.
  • International business is offered as a major in MBA. But it fails to attract a sizable number of students to its campus. This goes for Alliance University in general as well.
  • If your goal is to join a business school then this university should not be on your list. There are far better business schools in the country.
  • There is no entrepreneurship specialization either in Alliance University.
