According to 2019 placement highlights, a total of 88 students from Electronics Engineering got placement offers. The average package of the IIT BHU for the electronics department ranged between 10-58 LPA. While the highest package offered in IIT BHU was 1.04 LPA. Students of Electronics Engineering got placements from both core and non-core sectors. Some of the past recruiters are Google, Oracle, Bajaj, Microsoft, Amazon, Deloitte, UBER, etc.
If you are interested in robotics or core electronics, then you would definitely love to pursue this course. The course structure incorporates recent industry trends. IIT Roorkee Mechanical will be better. It has an excellent placement record. IIT Roorkee Mechanical average package is INR 15 LPA. Reputed companies like Google, Microsoft, and Maruti Suzuki recruit from the branch. You can also get good placement opportunities in the IT sector.
