I have 433 rank in TSPGECET in the ECE branch. Can I get a seat in the OU or the JNTUH?
Unfortunately, the ground reality is very grim for TS PGECET candidates. For example, there is a candidate who marginally cleared GATE, and then, there’s another who scored rank 1 in TS PGECET. Both will have their names on the counseling list, but the GATE qualifier will be given priority over the TS PGECET topper. Jadavpur University has managed to survive the recession to give its student a handsome placement package. My friend is currently studying there and their placement happens all around the years, unlike IITs where placement happens for two weeks or so.
