- The chairs in the lab are also very poor and are not comfortable for the students to sit and attend classes.
- The food served at the hostels is not good. Also, the management doesn't even respond to the complaints of students.
Placements:
- The placements are good enough as the university has tie-ups with some popular companies in both technical and non-technical fields.
- Students receive job offers for the roles of software/website developer, database administrator, and outbound calling processes.
- Companies such as SAP, Capgemini, QMS India, Infosys visit the campus for interviews but the number of students recruited by these companies is very less.
- In the recent placement drive, the highest CTC offered at Jaipur National University was 12 LPA.
It will be better to avoid this university for MBA and look for some other better colleges such as Suresh Gyan Vihar University in Jaipur.
Is it worth to take loans for Kj Somaiya for MBA/PGDM?
The choice of selecting KJ Somaiya for the MBA/ PGDM program depends upon your perspectives and preferences. Without considering the placement scenario or the condition of the college, taking a loan is not preferred. The points below state some personal opinions about taking a loan for an MBA degree.

Your brother should choose Jamnalal Bajaj for MBA. JBIMS follows a better pedagogy for MBA. It is an old reputed management institute with a large alumni base. You can get a lot of advantages from their strong alumni network. The institute has a decent placement record. During the 2021 placement drive, the mean CTC offered to students was INR 23.16 LPA.
How can I get a seat in an MBA in JNTUH ?
To get admission to in MBA at JNTUH, you have to take the TS ICET and qualify it. You have to get a rank in 3 digits. If you are from OC, the cutoff rank goes below 300. For caste reservation, the rules of ICET are followed. The total number of seats is around 40, but the seats are usually not filled completely.
You can also seek admission as an NRI student and take the exam for that particular category. The fee, however, is 10 times the ICET fee. Also, only 2 to 3 NRI students are admitted in a single batch. There is also the CMU option in which you study for 1 year at JNTUH and another year at Michigan University. It is a separate batch and contains 20 students.
The MBA faculty over here is great and highly experienced. You will thoroughly enjoy the classes. You will have to work hard and secure a good rank in the ICET exam to secure your seat for the MBA program at JNTUH.
