What is the eligibility criteria to take admission in NIET, Greater Noida? Is their any direct admission based on class 12th marks?

AV
Ayush Verma Posted On : June 11th, 2021
B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering, Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology (2022)

Yes, Amity, NIET, Galgotia, and other colleges may admit the students based on their 12th percentage only if you have a percentage of 75 or above.

Instead of this, you can also apply for management quota admission to some of the higher-ranked universities. By making a donation, you can get admission to the top colleges such as VIT, SRM, or any private college in the south, as well as colleges in Pune and overall.

Alternatively, you must appear in UPSEE and obtain a good score and a good rank in order to be considered for a seat in one of AKTU’s good colleges.

NIET requires students who have a rank from 1-30 thousand or the students can apply for direct admission based on their 12th percentage.

67 percentile in mhcet for pharmacy entrance exam which clg in Mumbai or pune will i get admission in it

AJ

Lives in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Considering your low MH CET percentile it’s unfortunate to say that it’s a bit difficult for you to get any admission seat in government colleges as your MHT CET rank and percentile score are way below the required criteria. Because you haven’t mentioned your category, I cannot mention the colleges you might get upon reservation criteria.

The cutoff keeps changing every year and even varies from category to category so nothing certain can be said. One way is to go for some private colleges that accept MH CET scores in your hometown or nearby areas.

What is your opinion about IIM Raipur for a GEM from NITW earning 13 LpA in the IT industry with 22 months work experience?

PM
Praveen Kumar M Posted On : January 21st, 2023
PGDM from Indian Institute of Management Raipur (Graduated 2015)

Let’s make this easy to understand by comparing what you will be earning in 2 years if you continue to work here and the average package you might be offered after completing an MBA of 2 years.

Your current salary is 13 LPA. So in 2 years, you will be earning around 16 LPA. The average salary of IIM Raipur is INR 17.73 LPA. Now if you compare the two you will see there isn’t much difference between the two. In fact, if you go for an MBA you will end up with an extra loan. Paying back the hefty loan is itself a big task. So, in my opinion, you should continue working in the firm.

If you really want to pursue MBA, prepare for CAT next year and aim for an older IIM as it might improve your opportunities. Then again go for CAT again only if you are confident that you will

be able to ace it.
