There might be some flexibility for changing BTech programs on admission day at LPU, but it's not guaranteed. Here's why:
For the 2021 graduating batch, there were about 6,000 students in b.tech cse/it only. Although there are a lot of admissions for B.Tech CSE, around 6000-8000, the university efficiently manages this with its highly qualified staff and proper division of strength into different sections. So, there is no need to worry. And for BTech courses, including all the branches, there are more than 20,000 students.
You must appear for LPUNEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test) to get admission into the University. There are regular schedule cancelling, which is solely based on LPUNEST scores, and special schedule cancelling, where JEE MAINS or LPUNEST scores are considered. However, LPUNEST will also help provide scholarships to students of different ranks. Therefore, it is the preferable mode of getting admission into the university.
We can select the branches before the day of admission on the online admission process, and if any students wish to choose on the day of admission, they are also allowed to do that.

No, since MBA is a postgraduate degree, you’ll have to first complete your UG before opting for it. You’ll have to complete your undergraduate degree with at least 50-55% marks. Top colleges like IITs and IIMs mostly require at least 60% or more. You can study any kind of UG degree, and then try for an MBA.
BCA is a 3 year degree program. These 3 years are divided into 6 semesters, out of which 4 semesters contain Maths as a compulsory subject. Some colleges do offer BCA without Mathematics, but then there’s no use of doing this degree.
Maths is a foundational subject for BCA, and without understanding the basic logic you can’t be a good programmer. For that you need Maths.
You can pursue BCA without having Maths as a subject in your 10+2, but then you’ll have to work hard on this subject in the course of your degree program.
In most Indian colleges, organic chemistry is part of the first year mandatory curriculum, which is the same across all B.Tech branches. Other than that, some colleges offer Organic Chemistry as an elective in the Chemical Engineering curriculum.
Chemical Engineering is more concerned with optimizing and increasing the productivity of a process, and less with the reaction mechanism part. Despite this, organic chemistry is present in some CE subjects in parts. These subjects are Petroleum Engineering, Biochemistry, and Chemical Process Technology. Across the globe, and not just in India, Organic Chemistry is a part of the Chemical curriculum, even if not directly.
Whether or not you can change your college after B.Tech 1st year completely depends on the norms of your present college/university. Some colleges allow it, while some don't. Also, you must score good grades during the first year in order to change your college. My brother had changed his engineering college from JSSATEN Noida to NIT Patna after his first year.
