BITS is the better choice among all as CSE has more scope than ECE. And NIT Surathkal is an old institute with a better placement record than IIT Bhubaneswar. 

Since BITS Hyderabad is the newest among all other campuses and it certainly is a little behind in terms of faculty, infrastructure, etc. But when compared on a national level it is on par with any other institute.
