Does the IIT Dharwad have clubs and IIT culture?

The student community of IIT Dharwad runs many clubs. Our college has actively functioning Technical, Cultural and Sports Clubs. Plus, the Career Development Cell helps students develop their overall personality and career prospects.

IIT Dharwad is very new, and as its students, we are continuously trying to build a rich campus life despite our busy academic schedule. The campus culture is not at par with old IITs right now. But being members of a new college allows us to take part in its development, and to learn new things during this process.

Here are some clubs at our college-

1. Technical Clubs- Hardly Human (AI-related), Space Data Science Club, Robotics Club, Coding Club, Finance Club, Astronomy Club.
2. Cultural Clubs- Literary Club, Fine arts club, Dramatics Club, Photography Club, Dance Club, Music Club, Quiz Club.
3. Sports Clubs- Athletic Club, Badminton Club, Basketball Club, Chess Club, Cricket Club, Football Club, Table Tennis Club, Tennis Club, Volleyball Club, Weight Lifting Club, E-Sports Club, Yoga Club. 

The Technical Council conducts the Summer of Innovation, and it has really good projects and activities. 

IIT Dharwad offers plenty of academic and extracurricular exposure, despite being a 3rd gen IIT.
